Completing an Income and Expenditure form is a quick and simple way to share the most up-to-date view of your financial situation with us. It can also help you get your money management in better health, understand your regular spending, and plan for the future.
You'll be asked to provide details of all the payments coming in and out of your account, including your mortgage/rent costs, loans, regular amounts for food, clothing, travel, entertainment etc.
Please note: the Income & Expenditure form is hosted by an external firm. Make sure the information you've provided is correct before completing, to ensure you get the most accurate results.
Once completed, you'll be given the option to share the results with us. We'll use the information to decide whether:
A. You’re eligible for a repayment plan and/or another measure of appropriate support
B. You can continue to meet your minimum repayments on the account
C. You're eligible for another form of support
We'll aim to get back to you within 72 hours of being granted access to your I&E form. If you don't hear from us within this time, please email customer.management@houseofbath.co.uk
