You can email them at email@example.com
Please provide as much information as possible, and include your name, address and contact number along with any supporting documents you may have.
We’re working really hard to prevent the spread of coronavirus and as a result there's an extremely limited number of advisors available to answer your calls right now. However, if your query is urgent, you can call the team on 0345 074 2160 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).
Contact your creditors:
Get in touch with any creditors you have an account with (e.g. banks, credit card companies, store cards, phone and utility companies). Even if you don't believe they have been affected, creditors can proactively monitor your accounts.
Contact a credit reference agency:
Experian, Equifax and TransUnion can provide suggested steps to resolve the situation and prevent it from happening again.
