Don't worry if you're not in when the courier calls round – they'll leave you a card with their phone number so that you can arrange re-delivery. If they're unable to deliver after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and we'll issue you with a refund.
You can also add delivery instructions for your courier before completing your order (such as 'leave with number 42', 'leave in shed' etc).
